"Originally we were in the wrong room. Whirlpool was broken door didn’t lock. Management kept saying they were not told. No spray for mosquitoes. Nothing fixed during stay. The property has suffered from a lack of expenditure in upkeep and could be fairly said to be looking a little worn.
