Close to 86 bus was only advantage.
No staff seen during my 3 night stay.
Carpets dirty and haven't been vacuumed in a long time, bits of debry lying everywhere, and remaining on the carpet for my entire stay.
Heavy winter duvet during the heat we have experienced, not good at this time of year.
No internet connection in the bedroom, I would continually have to step out into the corridor/passage to get reconnected.
Layout in the bedroom meant it was like an obstacle course to get from bedroom to bathroom.
Half the electric plugs in the bedroom did not work.
Toilet roll holder in the bathroom fell apart the moment one touched the toilet paper. Each day it was carefully repositioned, and as I begun to use the paper, the whole apparatus, paper, metal support made up of numerous metal pieces tumbled to the floor.
Poor lighting in the bathroom, one ceiling light needed replacement.
A huge disappointment when it should have been a celebratory weekend.
A newly painted front door, and gilt framed mirror on the stairway does not make it an acceptable hotel.
Hugely disappointing.
