Hotel Spa di Liverpool

"Amazing hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful, room was absolutely massive! Food in restaurant was amazing and the breakfast was plentiful. All in all we had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Only downside is that the hotel is further out of town than you think. Took us about 20-25 minutes to walk from hotel to Albert Dock."

"My Mum was gifted a spa day for two for her birthday so I decided to book a stay also. So glad I did ...loved this hotel. Upgrade on the room, fantastic and beautiful bar area and staff were fab. If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay ."

"Excellent hotel, friendly knowledgeable staff, clean modern rooms and furnishing. 2 excellent restaurants serving exceptionally good food. Exceptional serving staff. Close to excellent restaurants, bars and Cafés; right across the street from philharmonic concert hall; and a few steps away from Jazz pub. Spa and gym available; will try on my next visit. "

"Really nice stay. Used the spa facilities for 2 hours. Very relaxing and clean. Room was lovely - we upgraded to the loft rooms. Very spacious and had a separate bath and shower. Even a television in bathroom so could watch whilst having a bath. Bed was very comfy. Also went down to have dinner at the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Had breakfast buffet in the morning which was nice as well. Overall a very relaxing stay and looking forward to staying again. "

"Staff members were extremely helpful booking in was so easy even got an early check in. Margie in the restaurant very accommodating and the young man serving on the bar nothing too much trouble. Very clean my only downside not keen on hotel being on an industrial estate "
