Positives: Great accommodation for family, we were a family of 7 and met our needs . My 2 year old loved running along the minihall way from living room to bedroom . Great location, walking distance to most places of interest especially Albert dock& Restaurants , kitchenette helpful although one hot plate not working Negatives: the main door to building was always open, not a great feeling of safety especially as with all the murder news on local TV. Cant open windows on pent house floor , not great if cooking but AC is comfortable at night . No free parking, 18 pounds overnight parking . Lastly , no front desk can be inconveniencing especially for check in/out Overall would recommend for Families visiting the city centre

One of Liverpool's hidden gems, Albert docks, Liverpool one, shopping and nightlife right on it's doorstep, close to train and bus station, Lovely hotel, nice apartments, all mod cons, clean and safe, our apartment had 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 double beds, A kitchen/lounge room with 52inch Ambilight TV with plenty of channels, even had Netflix built in, oven,microwave fridge etc, all modern looking,and a settee which turned into another double bed,The building itself was decorated to a high standard, a lovely cocktail bar on ground floor and all the staff were excellent and friendly, The reception was in another hotel a couple of minutes walk away, which is understandable as the company has a few hotels in the area, All in all, it was a lovely stay and the price is unbelievably cheap for what you get, Our apartment was for 8 people, that cost £80 pound a night, that's only £10 per person, Now that's value, This place does not look or feel like a cheap hotel, it's equipped to a high standard, I will be staying here again Mrs Blodgets,it was a pleasure to meet you, and I will see you again soon

Nice flat, central location. Needs some upkeep.

Place needs a bit of maintenance. There was holes is some walls and the sofa looks a little tired and worn. We booked for 4 but only the double bed and single bed was made up. In fact the sofa bed still had dirty linen on when we pulled it out. We mentioned this and they did apologise and it was changed very quickly. This ended up not mattering though as the sofa bed was so broken it couldn’t be slept on so my wife slept on the single bed and I slept on the sofa with it made up as a sofa. We were also only given 3 towels between 4 of us and only half a roll of toilet roll for our nights stay. The apartment overall very nice and clean for the most part just feels like some extra care and maintenance is needed to make guests stays more comfortable. Access was very easy and it’s very nicely decorated.

Eurovision 2023

I great stay for our group visiting Liverpool for Eurovision 2023. Perfect apartment for a group visiting Liverpool, we had walking distance for everything we wanted to attend. A small minus (-) because of that the staff forgot to clean the apartment after 4 days.

Bien, mais le concept sans réception est a revoir

La confirmation indiquait qu’il n’y avait pas de réception, mais que quelqu’un nous attendrait. En fait il n’y avait personne et aucune indication sur la marche à suivre. Nous avons du trouver un numéro de téléphone, appeler pour nous entendre dire qu’il fallait venir faire le check in ailleurs, à 5 mins de marche sous la pluie ( la pluie à Liverpool pour le coup n’était pas une surprise ) Arrivé la-bas 30 mins d’attente car il n’y avait qu’une réceptionniste pour plusieurs résidence/hôtels. Retour à l’appartement que nous avions réservé, évidemment toujours sous la pluie, et là, température de frigo ! Pas d’explication sur le fonctionnement de la climatisation. 15 mins de plus à trifouiller les boutons et on avait enfin un peu de chaleur. L’appartement est sympa. Nous avions un appartement pour 6 (2 x queen beds + canapé lit). Par contre petite subtilité, les 2 lits sont dans la même pièce face à face. Nous étions en famille, donc pas de soucis, mais être face à face est un peu surprenant. Le reste était okay. Bon emplacement, et bien aménagé. J’aurai mis une meilleure note sans le désastre de l’arrivée plus que chaotique.

Stayed here with my 4 Grandchildren We made a stop in Liverpool before travelling to Southport & what a beautiful apartment this was. Beds so comfy,nicely decorated & very much felt home from home. Lots of space for kids & a huge sofa to all telax on Loved it Thank You

Fantastic apartment

It was an amazing place to stay with a family. Awesome bedroom with fresh linens and kitchen with all utensils. The only disappointment is that the checkin place was in different place to apartment[it was in the adjacent street at 1/2mile diatance]. This was never mentioned in the booking confirmation email. We have to roam around between these places with the kid. Apart from this, it’s the fantastic place to stay with the family.

Stay in liverpool to meet friends and watch match

Best to check in at the hotel on seel street as we walked past that one to mrs blodgets as instructed but too late to check in there and had to go back. Was a great 2 door apartment. 2 doubles and 1 single with one double being a sofa bed. So make sure know who is sleeping where. Very central and great apartment will definitely stay again. Waiting for our deposit back at moment -50 per person as at March 2022

Instructions provided to check in proved to be incorrect (I was told to go directly to apartment we were staying in & having taken children & luggage from Q-Park to hotel (not a 1 min walk as suggested in booking), found I had to leave them there & walk back to the main hotel back towards town .

Great stay

Great location, very clean and great service. The rooms are very small and the fire doors make it very antisocial as we were a group of 7 we spent most of the time separated by the heavy fire doors in the apartment. Staff were always very attentive and helpful.

Didn't realise that the hotel in Duke Street has no staff, at all and needed to go to another site to get keys, register. No reception really meant no staff and no access till you go to the other hotel stated on the door. Room was beautiful and amazing value, worth every penny . Would stay again. Still waiting for my deposit refund, left the room as I found it
