"My 1st choice for staying in ocean city and has been for many years. Everyone is always so friendly. It's always clean and well maintained. The birds are so fun to watch and visit with. Not on the boardwalk but definitely close to shops and food that you don't even need the boardwalk. You have a bar for great tasting drinks. We had a family of 5 and the room was perfect for us with 2 queens a pull-out sofa and KITCHEN!! Big plus they provide silverware & plates (set for 4) and pots and pans...

"I stayed here over MDW with my girlfriend and dog and had an amazing experience. The staff was super attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and this hotel is located on a great part of the boardwalk. This hotel is PERFECT for traveling with a dog. "I did not like position of room when I booked a sea front rooom I did not think I would be put in a room on the first floor looking over the bar , web site very deceptive, the bar that was to stay open until 10 pm closed at 8.30 .was told due to not enough customers that is what I call deceiving guests"

"The room still had mess from the previous person- food crumbs in the cabinets, trash on the floor in the kitchen, dirty dishes, and most damning a paw print on the side of the sheets of a bed. We stayed in the Cabana building and it was a nice and spacious room, but the internet never worked even when we asked for help. It's on the boardwalk so getting to the beach and fun stuff is very easy. It was overall fine, but once I saw the state of the kitchenette I became disinterested in using it."

"There's a lot to like about this place. It's a great location, right on the beach, and there's parking on every level, so it's easy to just pop out of your room and into your vehicle. The place is fairly old, and the parking lot is a little grubby but very convenient.
The shared spaces inside the hotel are clean and so are the rooms. We didn't interact with staff that much, but the place felt welcoming and well run. The price is very fair for what you get, which is a sunny, decent sized room....
