I had high hopes for this location. Close to everything, reviews looked promising, photos looked promising.
Wrong.
The only slight saving grace was the employee on Saturday morning. He was kind, attentive, and checked in on everyone eating the complimentary breakfast.
It started when we checked in after 1000p on Friday. We were pretty much ignored for almost 10 minutes before we could check in. (While we had two small children who were asleep on their feet) I figured the employee just hadn’t seen us or was actively busy with something they couldn’t put down. But no. It sounded like he walked around the corner and went to the bathroom with the door open, comes out drying his hands. Then proceeds to tell me I had two rooms for two nights, no. I cancelled one of the reservations via Expedia and only had one night. Continued to tell me Expedia was the only one who would give me my money back. (Expedia already took care of me) whatever. Just. Let me go to our room. I originally booked one night in a king room with a pull out by mistake. So cancelled that one to do two nights with two queen beds. This man proceeded to cancel the two queen bed room, without telling us that. So we walk to the room it is practically 1100p at this time and we were done. Beyond done. Room is a king size bed with a pull out. Couch cushions were filthy, the bed looked fine. No blankets or sheets or pillows for the pull out. And only two towels in the bathroom. This doesn’t even cover the smell.
