    A safe & neighborly place to stay in downtown.

    Great location in Little Rock to get together with friends, who live here. Lots of great small restaurants & brew pubs to get together & enjoy specialty fare. And Markham House Suites has 2 wonderful restaurants right next door! The staff are very friendly & professional.

    As a PA student interviewing at the UAMS campus, this hotel was a perfect place for me to stay for 1-2 nights. The staff was friendly! The general manager even ended up giving me a ride to the airport when I was struggling to get an Uber! Fantastic hotel, that I would recommend to anyone.

    Comfort in a Time of Need

    Unbelievably helpful. I had to travel to attend a funeral and it was amazing how the staff went out of their way to meet my needs.

    Excellent staff, helpful. Location of room is great. Nice size rooms, separate living room from bedroom. Kitchen area. Like living in an apartment. Too bad we weren't staying longer. I would definitely come here again if ever in the area. Restaurant on the corner, great food too.

    Very quiet place at a main street. Good food around in a walkable distance. The have a shuttle that transport you at a very short notice without hesitation, very nice person the driver, sorry forgot his name. Check in/out in a breeze. Great location for tourism or medical treatments at the Medical center. A good improvement could be a clothes hangers rod/area for longer stays.

    Was not a fan of how small and high the beds were. Did like the free breakfast. On the weekend though (Sunday) it was grab and go bags. Not many options. Much more to choose from on Monday though. Liked that there were elevators available. Easy parking.

    Clean and comfortable facility. All the staff were friendly and professional. I was in room 317 and my 2nd night, the door would not open after multiple attempts and with assistance. This was 11 pm in freezing temps. I was relocated to a different room --which was a satisfactory solution.

    The room itself was great. We loved the location and the size of the room. The food was a whole different story. We got served moldy breakfast food and realized after already eating it. Called to report this due to getting sick and was assured someone would call me. No return phone call. Watch the food if you eat!

    For it being directly off of Markham, it is amazingly a quiet space in the rooms. We were in a 1 bedroom suite, checked in Monday-Thurs. No housekeeping except on Monday and Thursday, informed in checkout. Will let them know next time. Also if you want pots and pans, they are at the front desk. More coffee is needed for 2 people in the room for 3 days with 2 cups a day. The free Breakfast was amazing. .
