Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock
Or room was very clean. The bathroom was extremely clean and very large. I checked in under AYoung. She was friendly and professional. I was checked out by SBrown. Today was his first day and he was wonderful. He was a good hire! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Management is horrible opportunity to do the right thing does not exist customer service needs work training would be a big plus for this hotel if your power is out and I don’t agree with the treatment given if I did not stay at the room I should get a refund for not staying there
