"Overall a good resort, had a good time. Pros: ocean front suite was awesome, really cool bar on the pier, great water slides. Cons: Surprise fees at check-in; resort fee $35 per day, $20 day parking. Crazy over-priced food by the pool-$17 hot dog, $16 chicken tenders. "

"Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairsโฆโฆ). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)"

"Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience."
