"Where do I start. Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. "Check in/out was quck and simple. The food was delicious. Our butler O'Neil was amazing. Came with a family of 9 and we all enjoyed it. Only complaint is the room my daughter and I had the A/C did not work well at all. Will definitely recommend resort and hope to return soon. "
