"The staff was over the top kind and thoughtful. The hotel is elegant and luxurious. The cute ladies who came and did our bedtime Japanese massage were precious and I can still remember their laughter at my husband sleeping through his. One huge positive is you never have to drag your luggage out of the terminal. You walk right into the hotel entrance after debairding your shinkansen. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"didn't take breakfast here since theres no halal menu "

"The hotel is comfortable and pleasant. It is a 7 minute walk from the Kyoto station. "Five star experience at this hotel. Our favorite stay of our trip so far. Across the street from Toji station, a few restaurants close by and walking distance to the mall, Lawson's across the street as well. Staff spoke English well and helped with everything, all the questions we had. Rooms were spacious, very clean, lots of toiletries provided. Vending machine in the hotel as well as coin laundry, which you can get coins for at the desk if you run out of change. Very clean and comfortable, we...
