"Front desk was rather bothered when checking in, stunk like weed and cigarettes the floors were disgustingly dirty, the shower had someone’s old soap. The bathroom also smelled like someone just dropped a load before we entered, the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. The next night we noticed someone came in took towels but managed to throw in a dirty black stained wet towel into the clean cubby holder, didn’t restock towels and didn’t make the beds. "Thankfully everything was okay. But the reviews are what got me. Thankfully we were able to check in and all that but their system was down so we did not get a card to the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner as mentioned from others. The bedsheets were not cleaned and the bed itself isn’t that comfortable. Overall it wasn’t bad but I just wouldn’t recommend it. Nice on the outside but not so nice inside. Definitely do your research!"

"The staff were friendly and they were very nice to my dogs. The room however was not very well taken care of. The beds were nice and clean but the furniture was cracking and damaged, the tub spout was leaking and spraying water and the bathroom was just dirty. "

"The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

"I had 2 rooms. The floors and counters were dirty with grime and hair. The shower barely reached Luke warm temperature. One of the rooms the shower curtain was barely hanging on and the room had a strong smell of curry. The outside doors were always left ajar. The mini fridge froze my fruit and water bottles. Some of the staff didn’t seem too pleased to be there."

"I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast selections were well stocked and good for the value."
