"Lots of parking, very clean, but no amenities. If you stay longer than 2 days and want clean towels you have to pay for them. They offer kitchen, but no dishes or utensils. Could hear people above me walking around. "

"My wife and I came for her birthday. We’ve always wanted to try a B&B and this was our first one. The staff were beyond wonderful. The food and the atmosphere were fantastic. The property is so clean and comfortable so it was really easy to relax. We were in The Jane on the third floor and thankfully they have an elevator as I am recovering from an injury and stairs are very difficult for me. I enjoyed the room and it was clean with a very comfortable bed that we really enjoyed relaxing in....

"From the time we arrived until we left the next morning everything was perfect! Audrey who checked us in showed us the entire property and was so friendly and helpful. I called the day before we arrived to confirm our reservation and mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday. When Audrey took us to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine waiting. The room was spectacular with so much detail and nothing left to chance. The water view from our balcony came complete with dolphin...

"The room had a musty smell. The furniture had water damaged and the bed sheets had cigarette burns on them . Considering we booked a non smoking room. No fresh towels for the next day. You had to bring the old ones down to have them exchanged. This room was the worst ive had in my 60 years on this earth and the unwillingness of staff to change rooms or provide daily maid service made me feel like we where staying in a motel rented by the hour!. The pool was disgusting and full of green algae....

"Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well."

"The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. "
