Great stay at the hotel, super staff that was always accommodating and helpful. Good location, about 1.6km from Rossio Square. Only small negative was the size of our 2 rooms, which were for 2 adults each, we found them small including the shower, other than that, everything else was great.

The property was ideally located for our trip. Hotel was spotless and modern, however our room was very small but not an issue as we were only there for two nights. We didn’t eat at the hotel but breakfast looked very nice.

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights, and I must say it was truly amazing. We booked a Queen Deluxe Room, which was a little too small for us, especially as we had two large suitcases. However, we do prefer particularly spacious hotel rooms. The breakfast was amazing, and the selection was outstanding. A huge compliment also goes to the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful!

The staff was so extremely kind and helpful when our airline lost our luggage! They provided everything they could to us like robes, and slippers to make our stay more comfortable until our bags finally arrived. They also had fantastic restaurant recommendation in walking distance. The property was very clean and a great location.
