I never made it to my one night stay at this hotel due to last minute flight delays and finally a rescheduled flight, so not at fault for never making it to my reservation and it was too late to cancel my reservation for a full refund. However, I emailed them TWICE, first stating I would be late and might not make it on time for checkin deadline, and secondly stating, i would not make it to my reservation entirely. however i never got a response to neither emails. How rude! I decided to give it a shot and ask for a reimbursement even though i had passed the deadline. Unfortunately, they did not want to hear anything about reimbursing me and were super uncooperative. I understand we all must follow policies and procedures and sometimes it does happen that the customer is not at fault. But if you want to stay here , just be cautious if you are caught in travel issues, they will not help you with your accomodation/reservation. It's super unfortunate how they can be greedy,
They did absolutely nothing for me yet are willing to keep my money.
I do not recommend. Keep searching...
