Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder Reinigungskräfte. Trotz Renovierungarbeiten im 2. Stock, unser Zimmer war im 8. Stock, war die Belästigung nicht nennenswert. Sehr saubere Zimmer, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Really great for a three star hotel. Was a little far from old town but had public transport close by. There’s also a bus close to the hotel that takes you to the airport - very convenient

hotel muito bom
O hotel é muito bem localizado, recem reformado, as instalações estão como novas! cama excelente, quarto bom, casa de banho boa. o atendiemnto dos funconarios excepcional, educados, prestativos. SE não fosse por um detalhe, o banheiro estava com cheiro de fezes. Sim, fezes. Ha um bidê no banheiro que talvez tivesse sido mal higienizado e pudesse ter fezes no ralo. Fiquei mal com isso.

Boa localização
Hotel com boa localização, próximo a um shopping, restaurantes e boas opções de transportes. O quarto é limpo e tem bom atendimento. Não vale a pena o café da manhã por 8,50 euros, é fraco.

The hotel is clean with very helpful staff but absolutely no amenities including a basic gym, swimming pool nor even a kettle in the room to make your own coffee. The location not touristy but close enough by public transit and staff were very helpful and patient to show you options. Some English TV channels which you don’t usually find in European hotels.

I wouldn’t stay there again, there is not even a coffee maker in the room. Also far away from the city and we spent so much in transportation. Not helpful, almost rude front desk staff

Al llegar al hotel y ver la recepción un poco antigua, pensé que las habitaciones estarían un poco viejas, pero fue todo lo contrario, la habitación estaba perfecta, limpia, la cama era muy cómoda todo parecía nuevo. El personal fue amable. La ubicación fue optima, frente del hotel esta Campo Pequeno, que tiene un centro comercial, con varias opciones para comer, fast food y restaurantes. Sin dudarlos volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Great place near metro station, easily accessible from the airport. Clean and cosy. Only for the price daily water could be provided, but perhaps I miss the water saurce in the lobby, yet no info about it was given and I havent noticed. Otherwise good choice. Recommending.

Agréablement surpris
Malgré une localisation un peu éloignée du centre historique, nous avons été agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. Situé dans un quartier sympa avec commerces et station de metro/bus à 5 mn à pied. D'ailleurs environ 15 mn pour arriver au centre historique en transports en commun. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, de plus, nous avons pu avoir un surclassement et la chambre était propre, confortable et moderne. Un excellent rapport qualité prix au vu des prix actuels à Lisbonne. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain voyage
