"Breakfast was decent, other than that outdated property and rooms. Location is close to restaurants. Gave 2 due to its 2 stars at best.. they didn't change bedsheets when I asked them stayed 3 nights for business trips with family."

"Asked for a non smoking room - walked into a room with cigarette odor. Changed rooms, only slightly better. Wi-fi / cable were adequate at best. Breakfast was poorly done with thawed out eggo waffles to be toasted, bland gravy for the biscuits, and really; sunny D for orange juice? Toilet overflowed. I had already plunged the toilet. "My room itself was fine. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the A/C worked well. Unfortunately, several issues made this a disappointing stay. The TV remote did not work, and the room phone had no dial tone. I then used my cell phone to call the front desk at least 10 times, letting it ring 1-2 minutes each time. I was repeatedly told by the automated system that someone would call me back "as soon as possible," but I never received a return call. I could have gone downstairs, but...

"The property is old. The room had a funny smell. There was only one towel in the room. Had to request more. The remote didn't work. Requested batteries and we did receive them. Remote and tv still were not working properly. They have window units in the rooms and it was loud. The girl in the kitchen was by herself serving over 150 guest and she was sweet. It was her second day and she was amazing. If your looking to not spend a lot I recommend. But if you are looking for better accommodation...

"This hotel was good for the money. Hotel is in a easy location rite off the I-40 and near tons of stores and restaurants. Easy travel to places in the area and in City of Memphis. I stayed a week and found cleaning is not that good. There was stuff like a penny and a piece of cookie that was on the hall carpet for the entire week I was there. There was food dried on my table and counter in the my room at check in. I actually borrowed a rag and cleaned the counters and room myself....

"Place was dirty outside near the registration window. Rooms had old/dirty sheets that have not been replaced. The room smelled of mildew on the rugs and bedspread. The floors had dead roaches and spiders on them. Toilet had dirty rings and smelled awful. I could not stay a full night in the place. I got there at 1:00 am and got up at 5am. I leaned back in a chair for a while and did not come back. Please do not go here it is one of the worst places I've been. Very nasty."

"The room was clean and inviting. The air conditioning worked wonderfully! The staff seemed dutiful. I was most impressed by the constant security of the property by officers and not just cameras."

"My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also...
