"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "The building is gorgeous and the staff are beyond wonderful. This hotel is also in a very convenient spot: it is not too far from the airport, there is a bus stop to Knossos Palace right across the street, and it is a short walk away from sites (i.e. Morosini fountain, the Venetian Loggia). We had a sea-view room and it was beautiful!"

"Stayed at Ibis Styles Central and unfortunately the experience fell short. The front desk attitude gave off a bad vibe and felt unfriendly throughout our stay. On top of that, the elevator was out of service the entire time, making it a real struggle to get our luggage up to the front desk area. Between the lack of hospitality and the inconvenience, it wasn’t the stay we were hoping for."
