"This property is one of best i have stayed at. I would of given it all 5 stars, but I didn’t think the bathroom was clean enough, and the Manager ( I think) of the restaurant was rude to us, when there was a little problem with a reservation- ( nothing to do with us, and not a problem for them to fit us in) Everyone else was amazing. "

"Parking is the only thing that could be improved, everything else is by far the experience from a 5 star hotel in a world class city. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great location and the restaurants on site are some of my favourite. The rocky road is a fine touch that every guest can enjoy! "

"Very very comfortable bed and attentive staff - house keeping, concierge and check in counters. Love the gym and steam room. Take a tram or bus to almost anywhere. Evening walk at the harbour is very relaxing. Definitely will be back again. Thanks."

"Crystalbrook is perfectly situated in Surry Hills. It’s perfect to travel throughout Sydney, with many transport options. But there’s also a great restaurant and bar scene nearby. The rooms are cleaned and well kept, and the staff is very friendly. Great stay overall!"

"Nice property in a great location. There’s a supermarket conveniently located across the road, along with a Bus stop where you can catch a ride to/from downtown Sydney. For those who enjoy walking, the hotel is only 30mins (2km) from Circular Quay. Macleay Hotel will be my new go to property when visiting Sydney. Highly recommended. "

"방이 너무 넓고 좋았어요 복도방음은 좀 안 되지만 이건 다 그래서 그러려니 싶고 조용해서 자다가 깨진 않았어요 헬스장은 작지만 잘 이용했고 생일도 챙겨줘서 너무 좋았습니다! 또 괜찮은 가격으로 나온다면 꼭 킴프턴 사용하고 싶고, 타운홀역 뮤지엄역 트램 버스 다 가깝고 도보로 다니기도 좋고 진짜 굿"

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "
