"Very nice room. Nice furniture - desk, bed, etc. Very nice bathroom. Pretty good breakfast. Coffee & hot water for tea available 24 hours.
The only criticism I can think of is the bathroom needs hooks or towel bar withing reach of the shower. At least my room needed them. Also, the doors can be hard to open without both hands free until you get the hang of it, so when I first arrived with all my belongings it was frustrating."
"The staff was nice the first room they gave us was 80 degrees and the air did not worked . She moved us to a different room with no issues the new room pain was peeling off the bath tub . There was no hot breakfast only cereal or honey buns . The pool and hot tub were out of service . The ice machine on our floor did not work did not try any others . Was not happy with this stay for the price hat I paid"
"I did not like my stay at all.I will never stay here again. Although it was clean, the bad was absolutely horrible. Very hard and the ring was so hot at night, I kept trying to turn it down. But it wouldn't cool off. My sister even had to leave early because of how hot it was. Respect what the manager about it. When I was checking out the next morning and she said that even though the guests keep trying to turn the temperature down, they regulate it. And it cannot be turned down. I think that is awful. She said there was nothing she could do. Because I booked through a third party and i'm sorry, but yes, she could have done something she just chose not to. The stay was horrible because of this. We could not even sleep. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody."
"Stayed on the first floor, extremely loud, neighboring room had tv turned up as high as it would go all night, upstairs room had crying baby you could here clear as day, people outside room all night long you could hear."
"We have stayed here several times and they are always so friendly, clean, and the rooms are nice. The bed was too hard for me but my hubby loved it. LOL"
