Hotels in Lincoln Mill and Mill Village, Huntsville

"Thie hotel needs major help with maintenance issues. First the hotel fire alarm went off and or room was entered unexpectedly whike ew weren't fully clothed. The hot water went out and had to use cold water for several days. For the most part the staff members are cooperative but the management is not to responsive to the concerns about the hotel. "

"Short staffed, no help at the desk, no one to answer phone. Not very clean, no guest guides."

"Breakfast was ok definitely grab and go style snacks with a waffle maker though! Room was renovated. Doors do face outside which is normally a turn off for us but it was very safe and the price was right!"

"My room was double booked so i had to switch to a room with no balcony and a full sized bed(def not queen as advertised). Then at roughly 7am loud alarms with buzzers above the bed started going off for several minutes. This happened a few more times throughout the morning before checkout. Fire department showed up. No fire. I notified Hotels.com customer service who told me Anthem house wouldnt even respond so im not getting compensation. I almost never leave bad reviews even when deserved and i didnt intend to waste my time with it but i got an email bothering me to leave a review so here it is. "

"Room that was already paid for, was given away, left me stranded in the middle of the night after flight delay. ZERO help given, no check in place, the guy on the phone was like Sorry. Would NEVER trust this place."
