"We have stayed in Lincoln City numerous times over the years and found that Seascape Condo is the very best of all. The condo is large, well appointed with every possible kitchen item needed including a spice cupboard and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. Having 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our 4-some. We loved the comfy living room and dining furniture, the fireplace and private hot tub. "Room was not cleaned properly pair of underware laying in the ground just outside the spa railing coffee table was dirty from last guests and the coffee maker was disgusting. No privacy as the other unit to the left sticks out and people basically look right into your room. I will never stay here again"

"It was very nice EXCEPT for the family with a lot of kids they put right above us! It was so loud and VERY ANNOYING! It started at dawn and went all day till about 11 pm every day except for the last day we were there. When you want to relax it doesn't work out to well.Next time I wil specify NO CHILDREN above us.For the price it was disappointing to say the least."
