"It was as our first time visiting Lima and Miraflores area. The hotel is beautiful, clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The Miraflores area is safe and walkable. The breakfast buffet is pricey if not included in your stay. Pool is gorgeous but disappointed that is not heated at all. We were there in early June 2026 and it was still cold. My one recommendation is to heat the pool!!!!!!!! We paid for late check out so we could rest since our flight was an evening flight. The concierge was helpful in booking us lunch reservations at a Chifa restaurant. Our overall experience was very positive."

O serviço é muito bem organizado, os colaboradores são extremamente prestativos e tudo funcionou perfeitamente para garantir o nosso conforto. O que poderia melhorar um pouco é ter mais funcionários na hora do café para nos atender. Detalhe: o povo peruano é incrivelmente gentil, educado e recebe os visitantes com uma simpatia natural que faz a diferença."
