Great location

Great location, good area for restaurant and shopping. Close to the metro and easy to get into the city. Sraff really helpful. Could do with a little modernisation in the bathroom.

Ideal location to visit War Memorials

The flat was spacious with good bed and shower. In a good location near a Mall and a Metro and restaurants. Easy to get to the motorways. Staff were very helpful and understood English. Only problem we encountered was a TV with very limited channels and none in English and any texts received during our stay was always in French.

It's not clear upon arrival where to park or how to get to Twenty Business Grand Flats. However, oncea you've figured this out the place is very well situated with friendly staff and nice rooms with all the amenities that you would expect. Very well priced for what you get.

Ok, but not worth the price.

We stayed here as an overnight stop on the way home. Parking is expensive at 11 euros. The drains in the bathrooms smelled awful, heavily masked in the bedroom by plug in air fresheners. No air conditioning but large opening windows and a fan was provided. We were welcomed by a very nice man on reception. Breakfast was ok. My family seemed to enjoy it. Half of this hotel is student halls and the facilities are shared. Eg lifts, entrance, staff etc. certainly wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed for one night for an event at the adjacent stadium. The location is excellent for that purpose, and you aren't far away from good transport links if you want to get in to the centre of town. There is a parking garage directly underneath, which isn't too expensive and is excellent value on an event day. The rooms are clean and have all that you need. It isn't a hotel, but an aparthotel, so some of the 'luxury' touches some people seem to expect aren't there but it absolutely fine for short stays. Think UK Travelodge standard, but bigger rooms and with a kitchenette. The only issues I had was when I messaged them to find out which of the parking garages I should use, I didn't get a reply (it's A3 in case you need to know), and the absence of a soap dispenser in the toilet (although there is one in the shower). I'd stay here again. Clean, functional and well located.

Great for a visit in Lille. Close to the Université de Lille and Villeneuve d'asq. Of course, next to the stadium if you are visiting for an event. Easy to get to the city center via metro.

The property itself is kinda old but also finding where the parking is when using GPS is kinda tricky. The staff could barely explain how the parking situation works and there is a lot of step to just use the self parking which belongs to the Stadium.

Je n’ai pas trouvé comment régler la température de la chambre (un peu trop chaud à mon goût), et le wifi n’était pas accessible. À part ça, chambre agréable et spacieuse, lit confortable, le tout à prix compétitif, avec un accueil très chaleureux.

À partir de la première nuit odeur très forte au niveau de la salle de bain. Et à mon premier reveil, découverte de plusieurs CAFARDS ! Au niveau du lit! Dans la cuisine sous l’évier ! J ai du passé une 2 eme nuit là bas on m a trouvé une deuxième chambre. Le seul geste qu on me propose pour la 1ere nuit c est : un petit dej offert…. Bref c est archi sale !

Ne vaut vraiment pas le prix!

Nous étions confiants par rapport à la note sur le site mais honnêtement je peux dire que le prix ne vaut pas du tout la prestation. Donc je vais dire la seule chose positive à mon goût. La proximité du stade. Pour le reste, vous vous retrouvez dans un studio étudiant où tout est de guingois et qui a vécu. Le lit est certes confortable mais voilà tout ce qu'il y a. Nous sommes arrivés et l'une des fenêtres était bloquée ouverte et de travers. Nous avons dû aller chercher le réceptionniste car pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Au final on n'a plus retouché aux fenêtres quand on nous a confirmé qu'elles avaient des problèmes. La salle de bain où on voit que le nettoyage n'est pas fait en profondeur et difficile de régler la température de l'eau, le lavabo qui s'écoule mal... Malheureusement nous n'avions pas vu à la réservation qu'il n'y avait pas de clim donc par plus de 30 dehors on avait chaud dans la chambre. Heureusement qu'il y avait un ventilateur mais ce n'était pas suffisant. Pour le lendemain nous avions réservé le petit déjeuner. Là aussi grosse erreur. Il y avait peu de monde quand on est arrivé mais aucunes tables n'étaient débarrassées et quand au contenu du petit déjeuner, de l'industriel sans Impossible d'exprimer cela à la réception lors de notre départ car personne.J'ai appelé le numéro indiqué.La personne ne nous a même pas demandé si ça s'était bien passé et nous a juste demandé de laisser les clés dans une boîte (qui n'est même pas sécurisée).
