"I had an excellent stay!! My first time visiting Paris started with getting an upgrade to a suite which was completely unexpected. The location perfect for exploring the 11th with quick access to the Metro for other adventures in the city. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and the staff was so kind and accommodating. 10/10 :) "

"Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, goede centrale ligging van het hotel met een bar en enkele tafeltjes buiten. Fijne kamer met uitzicht op Place de la Bastille. Als de ramen dicht zijn hoor je nauwelijks iets van de drukte op straat. Geen lift aanwezig. Even flink tillen met je bagage mocht je op de bovenste etages overnachten. "

"Location, location. Hotel Riesner shines! The staff is very friendly, rooms are spacious (by Parisian standards), bathroom well appointed. It’s so very quiet by being on an alleyway between two very busy streets. It’s a 4-minute walk to Garde de Lyon. We highly recommend it."

"It is hard to give a review of the neighborhood because there was a race on and we couldn’t get anywhere for most of the .day. The room was great. The laundry room was great, and the service was exemplary. I would try it again to see if I’d like the neighborhood better but we were only there one night and couldn’t really ascertain."

"Honestly everything was pretty good except that it was 28 Celsius (about 80F) in my room multiple nights and they refused to turn the AC on even though there’s a thermostat in my room. They just told me to open my window but the problem was I only had a balcony door with no screen, no window, so anything could get in including all the rain one night. 2nd it was on a busy main road so the noise was too much for that. I slept terrible because of this my whole stay."

"Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing. It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff. "

"better than I expected. very easy to explore the city because of M1line station right next to the hotel also few min walk to Gare du Lyon station for TGV even with a large luggage. "

"Kleine maar nette kamer met ligbadje, flinke straal lekker warm water, raam kan open Ontbijt is vers maar in de kelder, koffie uit automaat, metro op 200m M9, opladen voor EV is effe zoeken omdat niet alles werkt in frankrijk maar hotel natuurlijk niks aan doen"

"Pros:The apartment was very convenient for public transport, good cheap food options and supermarkets close by. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was good having a small kitchen to prepare breakfast. Cons: The bathroom. The shower did not drain so our floor got flooded and we had to keep using the squeegee mop to try to clean up the water and it went everywhere. No proper drainage! Also, the electric stove burners did not work so well. "
