"The Beach House at Hermosa Beach was a is beautiful. Our room, on the third floor of the “East building,” felt like a beach cottage, with a simple but lovely layout including a deep tub, small kitchenette, fireplace and view of the beach from the sitting room and the balcony. "My stay was ok. When I got to my room my TV didn't work but the front desk attendant was able to fix it. The mini bar lights up which is annoying when trying to sleep. I couldn't figure how to turn it off and ended up putting a blanket over it. It also made a noise that was distruptive to my sleep. It was a fine hotel but there are better in the area."

"Fantastic location - right on the beach and that cannot be beaten. Very close to shops and restaurants. Staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. We received a room upgrade which was great. The only negative I can say is that the property needs some $ spent on maintenance - a few things are broken and need repair - it didn’t affect our stay but if fixed would bring this unique vintage property to a 5 star all around. "Apartment Deluxe is the largest unit with one bath room that can room 6 people. Bathroom is somewhat updated bath not the shower head. Entry door outdated."

It was $15/night to park in their lot. Great location with lots of food options across the street a the beach right down the road. "
