"The staff was great! Very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The curtain in my room was broken so it let in sunlight in the morning but wasn’t horrible. Balcony was pleasant to have. No elevator which was inconvenient however, they helped us bring our bags up the stairs when we arrived. Overall, very good experience and would recommend this hotel."

"I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. I had questions with my reservation and it was handled immediately. Last minute request for early check in. It was available with a very reasonable fee. The room was large, clean. Tv worked, pool was clean, plenty of chairs. I grew up in that area. I will stay there again. "

"Staff was rude and food was cold. Room air conditioning did not work properly. Bathroom floors and showers are very slippery when wet and 2 of us slipped yet the staff did NOTHING and were rude to us. This place is brutal."
