"I really like the hotel the staff was great and very polite. The location its prefect lots of restaurants and stores, and within walking distance to the Stadium where I attended the AC/DC concert which was the main reason why I came to Columbus. Nice hotel. Best Band in the world AC/DC, its like an earthquake."

"The front desk staff was not really courteous after we arrived on July 8th night around 10:30 PM. However the staff that worked from morning until 11PM on July 9th was good. The housekeeping was terrible.Hope this will be looked into by you. They did not clean the room on July 9th at all. There was no do not disturb note. I gently tried to extend the window blind and it popped out of its bracket and when pulling the chain for the closet light it crumbled off. After looking closely at the ball chain, it was rusty and fragile. The furniture was older and not sturdy. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and comfortable and my breakfast at the Guildhouse was delicious. The renovated gym was also a very nice addition, my only criticism is parking, finding a long-term spot nearby wasn’t easy or cheap"
