"room was clean and all amenities were in a good condition, shower could have a better pressure, staff was nice and friendly, breakfast when included, it’s Ok in a busy hour it will take 30min to get it, next time i’ll have my breakfast in another place"

Bypassing customers waiting to be acknowledged and they looked flustered as if they did not know what they were doing, forgetting orders and giving incorrect orders to customers. Other than that check in/out, cleaning crew, and staff Amazing service. 👍👏👏👏"

"The Hotel front desk staff and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. There was just one lady that worked in the breakfast area that always had a mean look and wasn’t very welcoming. More like looking over peoples shoulders while getting their food. She even got mad at some gentleman."

"Mala atención del personal te atienden con una cara de enojo la mujer India la mujer asiática y el hombre indio pésimos. Mi primer día no habían toallas en la habitación y reservé para dos personas. La llave siempre se desprogramaba la solicité como en 4 veces si te vinieran siguiendo algún delincuente y quieres usar la llave y está desprogramada no te salvas del delincuente antes que habrás la puerta te han asaltado las sábanas estaban bien pero las fotos no son lo mismo como cuando ya lo vez...

"This lodging option is incredible for the price. The staff is outstanding. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe at this hotel. I like that this property is off the main road behind other buildings so that guests cannot hear the traffic noise from the nearby busy highway. I like that all the rooms are on the ground floor with an assigned parking space that is literally four feet from the door of the hotel room. I like that the maintenance people are easily identifiable with driving a golfcart...

"I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! "
