The chalet was modern and super clean, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My kids especially loved the jacuzzi and small playground. Nonostante abbia parlato con il responsabile della struttura che mi aveva detto che fino alle 22:00 la porta automatica sarebbe stata aperta, dopo 7 ore di macchina arrivo alle 21:30 e la porta era chiusa. Lo chiamo e mi dice che non può fare nulla, mi consiglia di prenotare un altro posto dicendomi che avrebbe rimborsato. Sono costretto a pagare tre volte di più un altro hotel tra i pochi disponibili.
