"Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay."

"The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe."

"This hotel is a gem!! Flanked by stunning 360 degree views of the snow capped mountains and the valley below we were totally enchanted. Our host was so friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions on where to hike and where to eat. Their breakfast was extensive - eggs , cured meats , breads and cakes. We couldn’t ask for more. "L'hotel è molto vicino alle piste da sci ma risulta un po' datato. Il personale è molto gentile. Le camere sono spaziose ma non insonorizzate e un po' datate. La colazione è accettabile peccato che le bevande calde siano servite solo con la macchinetta (che fai dei cappuccini scarsi) e non dal barista se non per cappuccino di soia che non fa la macchinetta che infatti ero molto buono."

"The room we had was recently renovated. Our room had the view of the Matterhorn. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service from the train station for arriving guests. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The food was amazing, every night the main course and dessert was different. The staff were friendly as well. It was a pleasant experience and very relaxing."

"Have no regret to booked myself a solo trip for 2 nights in this marvellous hotel. Great front desk staffs at welcoming. Room is clean and comfortable with nice Mountain View. Perfect location with less than 150m from the train station and surrounded with lots of shops. Hotel facilities (gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room) are great especially on the rainy which I could not do much activities out door. Well, if the opening time for these facilities can be extended till 10pm, will be better....
