"All staff super courteous, welcoming and helpful. I felt concerned when, within a couple days of our arrival, I noticed our assigned unit had been changed to a unit that had not been updated. I was relieved that although the unit may not have been as updated as the one originally assigned, it still suited our needs and was comfortable for our party. The underground parking was great and we enjoyed our accommodation, the peaceful surroundings, and short drive to Canmore."

"Beautiful views waking up from Basecamp Resorts every day. Very central in Canmore (which I think is nicer than Banff in so many ways). Suites were spacious and clean. The front desk is available 24/7 via text which is super convinent. There is also a hot tub that oversees the mountains which is a great amentity. Would have been nice if they provided mini/single use cooking oil for cooking"

"The 2-bedroom suite in the main hotel was used by our daughter and family. It was very roomy, just like home with a couch, chair, TV and table and 2 chairs. The bedrooms were great with a queen bed in one and a king bed in the other. The kitchen had cooking utensils, a stove and big fridge. Perfect for our needs. There was even a BBQ on the deck.
