"Wonderful Clean hotel with lovely spa. Staff were fantastic and so helpful. A big shout out to the ski rental below the hotel who had your skis put outside for you each morning and were there to collect them to put them in storage for the night at the end of the day. Lovely bar staff as well and waiting staff in the restuarant. The food was outstanding as well. All freshly cooked. We will be back!"

"This hotel relies on its location and easy ski in ski out. However the room condition was fairly worn out, the bathroom just about alright, but the separate toilet room was fairly nasty. Our room seemed to smell a bit of old smoke too. Breakfast was ok, and the staff were nice. The boot room was good too "

"Nice place. Not sure why cleaners can’t empty dishwasher, cleaners don’t come till checkout. Have to put everything away clean, clean kitchen, take rubbish out.. no biggy but good to know.. Pool and ‘hot’ jacuzzi could have been warmer.. nice bar, no restaurant- but a few down the road. I’d say it’s ski in and just about ski out.. would stay again- it’s pretty new and modern.."

"Stayed here for a week's skiing. Ski in/out for blue run skiers. Ski/Boot room requires some work but perfectly safe for equipment. Apartments are great with good bread/pastry service in the morning. Pool and spa is a good facility, particularly for the kids"

"The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski area pass - this hotel is so far at one end of the area you'll never make it over to Les Arcs and there is loads of skiing in La Plagne "
