"We were disappointed in the pool area this visit because the hotel lets members reserve pool lounge chairs till 1pm. Then there is an app that you can go on to reserve a pool lounger also. We did not know about this so it left very few chairs left available while no one was in the reserved chairs. "Received bug bites all over my arms and neck after staying here and tried to contact management for 5 days with no response each time. Also gnats all over the bathroom shower."

"great central downtown location. Staff were great and hotel was very clean, comfortable and safe. Stayed in a suite with kitchen facilities which was great for the time we were there. Parking is at the carpark next door and simple to arrange but is not covered in cost of the room. definitely recommend."

"Good location among many restaurants and bars, only a mile walk to the stadium for the CWS with lots to look at along the way, and not at all far from the River walk and riverfront parks. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only thing at all negative was that there are only two elevators and I was on the 9th floor. Sometimes the elevator waits were really long."

"When I book with Expedia, I don't expect a third party payer fee when I check in. It negated the discount for prepayment. There were a few spots on the carpet that needed cleaning. I did appreciate the opportunity for long term airport parking."

"We stayed two weeknights. Everything was fine except for some of the cleaning in the room. There was dust build up on the towel storage rack above the commode and some mystery spots on the tile floor, also around the commode. If it weren't for that, I would have rated it excellent. The HVAC system worked well. The water pressure was good. There were no noisy neighbors. And parking was close by. And the breakfast was very good. While the hotel is downtown in an area that I originally had...

"Overall it was quite good. Parking was about 15 a day in a garage immediately adjacent. Room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was solid, regular hotel hot breakfast fare (scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, waffle maker, etc). Gym was nice, with several weight machines"
