Hotel Dekat Back-to-the River Trail

"Hotel was clean and in a great location. Parking was much cheaper on the street. The bad was this place is noisy. Not outside but inside . Its like there is no insulation in the walls. Each night we were awakened by others headed to their room. The worse was saturday night ,they had a wedding onsite. The dj should have just set up in our room. I would have figured quiet hours would have started before 10, but the music continued until almost 11. Then came the party goers until 2 am. I would at...

"Staff was very helpful. Because the pool was closed, they comped my parking in the ramp for the night we stayed. Central location in the Old Market part of town. Walkability was great - lots of shops and restaurants close by, musicians playing, and the ice cream shop across the street was delicious."

"It was a good location for our visit to the zoo and the kids enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The pool area could have been better maintained as there weren’t very many chairs to use and at least one was broken and was unusable. The sink in our room didn’t drain well and for some reason we didn’t get any maid service. I had to go to the desk and get more toilet paper and towels."

"The room did not have a phone in it..complete surprise. Have never had that happen before. Also the TV needed to be reset but front desk did it right away. Breakfast was good. Request to have a room on back side of hotel. Quieter."

"The place smelled like mold, there were roaches, we didn't feel comfortable bringing anything into the hotel. Left at 9pm before even using the room that long because I felt a mouse scurry over my leg. Don't stay here."
