"What an amazing place to stay! Location is perfect, walkable to a ton of great restaurants and treats. Staff go above and beyond, from check in to bar service. Breakfast service was outstanding, loved the reception event each night. The pool was great and open late to be able to enjoy after a day of adventuring. Valley staff also very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we love a hotel with a separate bedroom when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice for a weekend zoo trip."

"Loved the rooms, breakfast, it was super clean and the employees were friendly. My only issue was parking. We came back late from a concert and there was no where to park s it was completely but diamond level parking which technically not us. Staff apologized and waived our parking fee. It just doesn't make me sense as to why they charge $15 to park if you don't have enough spots and may end up with street parking. I appreciate them fixing the issue though"

"Amazing hotel! Our room air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived. The staff moved us to a different room and gave us breakfast for free the next morning. During our stay, the staff was great. I would stay there again!"

"Staff were very helpful and attentive. Especially the front desk staff on Saturday morning 9/5/26. Had reserved a taxi van for 4:00am to airport. When they didn’t arrive on time the staff called the taxi service and got them to provide a van immediately. 5 minutes from phone call. A+ for effective communication. Hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located."
