"The facilities were beautiful. Great quality furnishings and generous and delicious breakfast. I felt like I was almost part of the family. Truly a homey atmosphere. I didn’t have a car so they were willing to take me to Bari three times during my week long stay. They helped me get the bus for a visit to Santo Spirito too. I had a very quiet room. "We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the train station. But it was a very pleasant surprise! Large yet very clean. Exceptional staff at front desk. Great restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff there were awesome as well. Our room was large and very comfortable, as was the bed. We had the pool (which is massive) all to ourselves for over an hour. "The room was clean and nice, bed was OK, but you share a bathroom with 5 other rooms and it seemed like it was always busy when I needed it. Parking not easy, but not impossible. Service was terrible. There is no automatic cleaning or replacement of linens you have to ask in writing, and it can only happen in the morning. The cleaning lady was INCREDIBLY rude. A smile or hello goes a long ways, but this woman seemed incapable of that."
