"Great location. Close to bus stop and on the beach. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and everything we needed. Very comfortable and very nice. We would definitely stay there again. Tip: The bus route does not run along the road next to the hotel. It runs every 10 minutes on the parallel road a short distance away (3-5 minute walk). Goes to / from the water bus terminal… buses A B or C. Very handy and we were able to use our vaporetto 3 day passes on...

"The room was perfect for what we needed. It’s quite rare to find a property with a double and two single beds. The breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day, and the hostess was really helpful with local information.
I would recommend this place if wanting to visit Venice, we prefer escaping the bustle of the centre and escaping by water taxi to this quieter location for the night. The nearby restaurants and bars were great."
