"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection.
A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival.
All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay...

"Booked here mainly for the air conditioning ..30+ degrees at the moment. Upon check in we were informed that the air con was broken in our room. They had put a fan in the room so went to see. It was like an oven so politely declined. We were offered an upgrade, but was asked if we were willing to pay the difference ourselves. "We had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
