"Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys". "Room was clean and it had everything we needed to spend the night. However, the surrounding area was a bit too loud for our liking, especially at night. I recommend it because our flight got cancelled and the easiness of reserving and checking in last minute was incredible. Everyone was nice and the hotel served it's purpose. We also ordered food and it arrived warmed and it was delish. We also used the pool. Overall, good experience for the price. "

"I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach.
