"Wonderful friendly staff. Very clean!! Rooms were not what I expected they were very nice and big"

"This hotel served its purpose for a short stay, but unfortunately I would not choose to stay here again. The property is very dated, had a noticeable musty/moldy odor, and did not feel particularly clean. The bed linens were stained, which was especially disappointing. The complimentary continental breakfast was mediocre at best. While I appreciate that breakfast was included, I expected better quality and selection. We were in town for a bereavement trip, so the hotel met our immediate needs...

"Did not get a double queen that we booked, but a king and pull-out sofa. There were no linens for the pull-out, so called the front desk and was told to come to the front desk to pick them up. Then I had to call for more towels because we only had 2 sets for a family of four. Also the door to the room did not fit well. We'll probably not return to this hotel."

"Disorganized front staff. Management intercede and fixed issue. A 3-4 star basic property. I would stay again."

"We almost always stay here when we visit Houston area, which is pretty frequent. We love the convenient location and walking to Cracker Barrel for supper."

"Didn’t have housekeeping the days were there- told called off sick The hot water in shower was poor- told you have to turn the handle the other way (towards cold). Said there is a note taped there- there wasn’t Is dog or pet friendly The air conditioner functioned poorly- was told just cleaned that one -I checked the filter looked like wasn’t cleaned or replaced this year. Definitely pet friendly"

"The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. Did not like that I had no way to make tea in my room. Do not like that they made a photo copy of my id and credit card and then made me write it down because I checked my son in the day before. Especially since it was prepared. There was no reason to do all that. I understand the card in case there was an issue after we left. But then both my card and my son’s card was charged for the same room. Needing an id for every person staying in the room...

"The cleaning ladies were amazing! So nice and pleasant!"

"The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area."

"The only saving grace was your breakfast. There were bugs in the room. I got stuck in Houston due to a flight disruption and the AC was off and it took several hours to cool off the room. Then the AC leaked all over the floor."

"Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected...
