"My stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica was absolutely amazing. I arrived early due to my flight, and although my room wasn’t ready until 3 PM, the receptionist didn’t charge anything extra and gave me full access to all amenities and restaurants right away. The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee spots, so it never felt repetitive. The food was excellent with lots of variety, and the drinks were always high quality. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The resort is beautiful, with a unique black sand beach. I had an ocean view room, and the views were breathtaking. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with water, soft drinks, wine, and beer. I especially loved the Hollywood-themed setup and the autographed movie collections—it added a fun and unique touch. The tour desk was very helpful and booked a great catamaran trip for me. I also appreciated not feeling pressured about tipping. Even though I booked late for reserved restaurants, the staff helped me get in. There were also plenty of free activities and amazing night entertainment. Special thanks to Emilio, David, Daiana, and Karina for making my stay even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend."

"The resort was great and had a lot of amenities. My favorite parts were the access to the beach and the restaurants. All of the food was amazing and they had a lot of options. The service was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and nice."

"Despite this being a modern and clean hotel with excellent amenities I can’t rate it highly as I barely got any sleep due to the noise. The walls seemed paper thin and the gaps in the door allowed hallway noise in most of the night. A security guard or hotel worker was on our floor at 2am with their communication radio at full volume for what seemed like 30 minutes. Then on top of this our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and our room was really warm. It was a rough night. Too bad as otherwise the hotel seems nice, thought they could use some vegan options in the breakfast buffet."

"Pool was ok. Room was falling apart- Celing fan made horrible noise. Asked to fix it or move us and they turned to low and said that’s good. Only 2 working elevators in whole property and used by staff as well as guests. Staff was mostly nice. We were put in a room above the kitchen near the stage and it was always loud. TVs didn’t work properly as if connected to antenna but showed frozen screens for many channels. Only BBC channel in English. We were told they are refurbishing soon. I hope it gets better for the next people. Restaurants not amazing buffet not kept at safe temperatures. We Love bees but they were overwhelming at the pool bar. "
