"Beautiful hotel and strategic location- very friendly staff - good breakfast selections. Room was spacious and beautiful with large Terrace overlooking the lake from both sides.
Would have preferred to have a coffee machine in the room, but the bar was fast in providing coffee when needed.
Highly recommend to friends and family."

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."
