"Whoever did the website was good - made it look like a palace Older hotel and it shows Tired First room had just been painted and the fumes were so strong we had to change Second room was smaller and the fridge didn't work well It is a wood structure, so you hear the footsteps from the room above On the positive side the complimentary breakfast was good and free coffee 7-24"

"The property was well cleaned and located across the street of Niagara river gorge. Just 20 mins drive from Niagara Falls State Park. Many beautiful and scenic state parks like Devils Hole State Park, Whirlpool State Park are just 20 mins drive. I enjoyed my stay there and would like to visit again if plan to come to Niagara Falls State Park."

"Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...

"Dan & Jamie were very kind and nice, and communication with them was excellent. The room was very clean, and the atmosphere felt dreamy. The street was also very quiet and nice. It was only a 15-minute walk to Niagara Falls. They prepared an amazing breakfast for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful."

"Second night a few buses arrived with young adults at 11:00 at night. Group took over floor we were on and very loud and yelling until midnight. Called desk, told they just arrived and would get them in rooms soon. That took an hour. Someone should have told them to keep it down. The lady on the desk when called at 11:00 was no help. The young lady at the desk in the morning was very good and helpful."
