"The old stale water musty smell of the room, we opened the windows but it wasn't helpful. The room was outdated but clean for the most part. Expedia didn't let us know the pool was out of order. I called the direct line to the hotel which is how I found out the pool was out of order. This is a reason why we booked here, the hotel did give us pool passes to the days inn across the road but we didn't go as it was inconvenient. Do better Expedia"

"I booked a room in Central City at the last minute while I was on a long drive and needed a place to rest. "Our family of 4 stayed for a week and had a really pleasant, comfortable stay. The staff are very helpful. Located close to all types of restaurants and stores. Easy drive to Mammoth Caves."

"By accident, I hit the smoking room button and when I asked to change the room, he told me that it would be more for a non-smoking. The room was disgusting. It smelled worse than a dead ashtray. All my clothes smell like smoke and an ashtray my luggage now smells like an ashtray. I didn’t sleep a wink by the time I was done I felt like throwing up There were toilets sitting outside my room.
