"The room is very beautifully designed and is in a nice location. There is everything you need, it is comfortable and clean. There are a lot of stairs to get to the top floor and that was an issue for me perhaps something to be more precise about in the listing. I was not aware when I booked that I had to pay an additional deposit of £250 on top of having paid the full price in advance. The money left my account before I had access to the room and I’m not sure how long it will take for me to get...

"All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!"

"Location was great to see all the attractions in Edinburgh on a very quiet street. The kitchen and washing machine were very convenient. The only negative was the springs in the mattress could be felt. The hotel was able to switch/ flip the mattress."

"The location of Eden Locke was very convenient and we loved the cafe downstairs where we could get a bite and some coffee. The living area itself was quite small, the bed not super comfortable, and the sofa a bit grubby. Kitchen area was very clean, although we did not use it."
