"I had an excellent experience with all the staff, checking in and out. I also left something very valuable behind and they went WAY out of their way to make sure I got it back. Their honesty and kindness is priceless! The location is great, just make sure you’re ready to trek up the steep hill with your luggage or pay for the luggage transport. The bed was pretty hard but that is typical in Europe/Italy. I would happily stay here again. "

"Ficamos apenas 1 noite. Chegamos tarde e o restaurante do hotel quase fechando nos atendeu de uma forma inigualavel, amaveis, atenciosos, fizeram uma excelente refeição para nós. Tinham nos dado o quarto errado, mas corrigiram assim que mostramos o erro. O quarto nao tinha vista nenhuma, mas nao nos incomodou pq estavamos só de passagem. Nota 10 pra todos os funcionarios deste hotel. Foram os mais queridos e atenciosos de todos os lugares que passamos. Deixaram uma otima imagem da Italia. "
