The front desk clerks were nice to unfriendly. Poor communications about breakfasts, one French lady was not friendly when i explained i cannot hear. Renaissance Brussels Hotel
An absolute dream of a central Brussels hotel. Perfect location between city sights and family in the suburbs. The staff was top-notch and provided impeccable service, especially at The Poet. Best breakfast buffet we have had in a long time. Merci!
