The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!"

"Overall, this is an excellent hotel. One constructive feedback is since the hotel does not have air conditioning, they should have fans available for the guests. We stayed there during a hot few days and we could only open the windows to help with the heat. This, of course, led to a lot of flies coming into the room "

"This was my third stay at this hotel and it was fabulous, just as in the past. This is a great hotel with fabulous food, friendly staff, and great comforts. The food is a star, the rooms are super comfortable, and the saunas are the crowning touch. It is in a great location for the Austrian IML event."

"The house is on a lush green valley with hills on both sides...typical Austrian/Bavarian Alps terrain. There is stream nearby which adds on to the beauty of nature. The host is a super host with flexible time of check in and check out. I would love to come back again."
