"There is no breakfast bar unless you are a member of Sonata and as far as the bar, the bartender was amazing. I didn’t get her name, but there wasn’t a very busy bar for that type of hotel being that it was in the high 80s in May you would think they would’ve opened either the indoor pool outdoor pool something and nothing was open. Nothing was clean. We had issues where the shower wood gurgle into the sink. There was a smell in the building as far as the staff I never saw housekeeping ever and...

"The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. "
