"There was only one person at desk that was rude everyone else was wonderful Breakfast was ok . Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Starbucks was a stones throw away inside the 3 storey mall. Which was a great place to hang out in the heat. Streets were bare the mall was packed. Close enough to walk into old town area. We did in 40 degree heat. Melted but we did it Tram towards rivers is outside lobby. I'd return here"

"The Pullman Lyon was a welcome retreat during the heatwave. Our room was modern, spacious and well laid out, with excellent air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the restaurant—the food was very good, with an interesting Spanish influence. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transport and Lyon Part-Dieu railway station. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lyon."

"Had a last minute (literally) cancellation, and found this hotel as we touched down in Lyon. Great value for the money considering the excellent location of the hotel. Free snacks and drinks were a great bonus. Bathrooms are a bit odd, but clean! Air conditioning was good…but could be better in a heat wave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience - especially considering it was a last minute booking."

"As mentioned before nice hotel, free parking, good staff. BUT, I find it very annoying when a hotel has a restaurant doesn't open it at weekends. Especially, when most of the residents staying on the Saturday night we were there eat at the restaurant in the square. But would still recommend the hotel"
